Zionism Me hacked
The un-used Zionism.me.uk site was also attacked
Why hit an empty site?
A while back I bought Zionism.me.uk, why? Frankly becuase it was there. I hadn't actually got around to using it. Then I noticed it in google and even with only the google descirption it was clear it had been hacked.
A positive outcome
The software I was running was obviously weak. I believe is was Post Nuke. But that isn't a reason to attack a basically empty site.
The hackers (or script kiddies if you will) were different from the Team Evil guys who hit this site. Less skill but far better graphics work.
The sites seems to have been attacked for no better reason than the fact that it says Zionism and was there.
The result of the attck however is quite the opposite. Rather than taking a site off the air, it pushed me develop something to go there. Infact, Zionism.me.uk will be used to archive dynamic content (like forum posts) from Zionism on the web.
For a change the hackers may have actually done some good.
